Rebecca Crowell is known for her innovative painting techniques involving cold wax medium and mixed media; she will be publishing a definitive book on the topic (Cold Wax Medium: Techniques, Concepts and Conversations) with co-author Jerry Mclaughlin in late 2016. She is represented by a number of fine art galleries in the US, and has recently exhibited internationally in Ireland, Belgium and England. In 2011 and 2015 she was awarded commissions for multiple paintings for the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
